Thanks to this collaboration on the next generation of the SciMED (if you missed the previous one, search for Simon Keren et al. 2023 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36690644/)
SciMED2.0 would be much better, and I look forward to showing our results at the closest meeting on AI and Fluid Dynamics.
We are delighted to let you know that your abstract "Physics-aware Spatio-temporal Symbolic Regression Model" has been accepted for a high-impact in-person presentation ("punch talk", 5 minutes) at the Joint Event: Euromech Colloquium on Data-Driven Fluid Dynamics / 2nd ERCOFTAC Workshop on Machine Learning for Fluid Dynamics. This event will be held in London from 2–4 April 2025. The final timetable will be available on the conference webpage in the next weeks.
The Punch Talks are talks of high quality and impact. Unlike posters, Punch Talks are full-fledged presentations, requiring no accompanying poster. Our goal is to feature great speakers and cutting-edge research topics, comparable to those presented in full-length talks. Effectively delivering a scientific idea in a concise format is a challenging, yet intellectually rewarding, endeavour. Therefore, the prize for the best Punch Talk presentation will be the most generous award of the conference. (For further details and updates, please visit our webpage in the coming weeks.) Finally, we are planning on having some selected talks recorded and shared (with the authors' permission), tentatively in partnership with Cambridge University Press.
